3. Loud Noise: If you experience a loud noise like a train or jet engine, without any other reason, this might be a time to take shelter.

1st Way: If the air at the surface is above freezing at a warmer state, but higher above the ground it is at a cooler state below freezing. 
2nd Way: The other way around but the air aloft cannot be too far above freezing or else it will be too warm.
